Pick-up & Drop-off
Pets are picked up and dropped off at the scheduled time according to the information provided in the registration form.
If you wish to pick up your pet yourself or change the scheduled time, you MUST inform us in advance.
Admission Requirements
Vaccinations: All pets must be fully vaccinated. The required waiting period after vaccination must have passed before arrival.
Kennel Cough: We strongly recommend vaccinating your pet against Kennel Cough.
Parasite Prevention: Pets must be protected against ticks. If the protection expires during the stay, please inform the staff and provide the necessary treatment.
Behavior: Please inform us if your pet reacts to other dogs.
Safety: If a pet exhibits extreme aggression, we reserve the right to use sedative medication to ensure the safety of the animal and staff.
Health & Heat: Sick pets or female dogs in heat are not accepted.
Pet Supplies & Equipment
Gear: Pets must arrive with a collar and a standard leash. Ensure the equipment is in good condition (No Flexi-leashes allowed). If you do not have a leash, please inform us, and we will use a camp leash.
Food: Provide enough food for the entire stay. Specify the feeding frequency, allergies, and any supplements or vitamins (to be given before/after meals) in the registration form.
Toys & Bedding: You may bring a few favorite toys. Bringing a bed or blanket is not necessary; we provide our own.
Grooming: If your pet requires periodic brushing, please note this in the registration form and provide a brush.
Bowls: We use our own bowls unless your pet requires a specific one.
General Information
Right of Refusal: Staff reserves the right to refuse a pet if there has been a previous negative experience.
Documentation: The stay is finalized through a service contract and a registration form.
Safety Policy: Dogs are not allowed to run or play together unless they are from the same household.
Damages: We do not compensate for damage if a pet destroys its own belongings during the stay.
Pre-visit: We reserve the right to request a "meet and greet" session if required by the dog’s breed or temperament.
Visits: All visits to the camp must be scheduled in advance. Unauthorized persons are not allowed on the premises.
Privacy: Video material sent during the stay is for personal use only. Sharing on social media or with third parties (except family members) is strictly prohibited.
Veterinary Care: We cooperate with the "Begemotas" veterinary clinic. If you prefer a different clinic, please provide your vet's contact information in case of an emergency.
