Pet pick-up/ drop-off
Pets are picked up/dropped off at the agreed time, according to the information specified in the registration form. The pet is also taken home at the agreed time and address. If you wish to pick up your pet yourself or bring it back earlier, it IS MANDATORY to make an arrangement in advance.
Pet arriving at camp must have:
Pets must be vaccinated with all mandatory vaccines and the specified period must have passed since the vaccinations.
We recommend that your pet be vaccinated against kennel cough.
Your pet must be protected from ticks. If the protective measures expire during the visit, inform the staff and put on protective measures.
Inform whether the pet has any reactions to other dogs.
If the pet behaves aggressively, we reserve the right to calm the pet with medication to protect it from possible harm.
Bitches in heat or sick pets are not accepted.
Pet inventor
It is necessary to give the pet with a collar and a regular leash. It is important that the leash and collar are undamaged (Flexi leashes are not suitable). If you do not have a leash, please let us know and we will use the camp leash.
Prepare the food you will need to feed your pet. Indicate on the registration form how many times a day to feed, what allergies you have (sometimes we feed you our own treats), and perhaps there are any supplements or vitamins that need to be given before/after feeding.
Add a few of your pet's favorite toys.
It is not necessary to bring a bed or blanket, we will provide ours.
If your pet needs to be brushed periodically, this should be indicated on the registration form and a comb should be included with your pet's belongings.
No bowls are needed, we will use our own, unless the pet itself needs it.
Other information
Camp staff has the right to refuse to accept a pet if they have had a negative experience with it in the past.
Overnight stay at the camp is formalized by a contract and a client registration form.
At the camp, we do not allow pets to run around together in the yard, unless they are dogs belonging to the same owner (family).
If your pet damages its belongings during your stay, we will not compensate for the damage.
The camp staff reserves the right to ask you to come and meet the pet if the character or breed requires it.
If there is a need to visit the camp, it is necessary to inform the camp staff in advance.
Outsiders who are not related to customers are not allowed into the area.
Video material sent during accommodation is prohibited from being shared with others or uploaded to social networks, except with your family members.
We cooperate with UAB "Begemotas" veterinary clinic. If something happens and this clinic is not suitable for you, please leave the contact details of the veterinarian you should contact.
